Luigi Mangione accused of federal charges for the murder of the CEO

A Federal Grand Jury in New York returned on Thursday an accusation of four positions against the alleged murderer of CEO Luigi Mangione who accuses him of two positions of harassment, crime of firearms and murder through the use of a firearm, a position that makes him eligible for the penalty of death if he is convinced.

Mangione is accused of stalking the Head of Health of United Brian Thompson out of Hilton in the center of Manhattan and then shoot him until death on December 4, 2024.

Attorney General Pam Bondi has already pointed out her intention to pursue the death penalty, that her lawyers are trying to actively stop.
